A small blood sample is drawn, much like a routine lab test, and processed in clinic with Clarion WorldPRP technology. This separates the platelets and growth factors your body already uses to heal and renew tissue.

Placed back into the skin or scalp, they support collagen production and skin quality over time. Because everything comes from your own blood, there are no synthetic ingredients and the risk of an allergic reaction is very low.

Two layers, two purposes

PRP, platelet-rich plasma, is a light liquid packed with platelets and growth factors. We use it for the Beauty Booster, the scalp and the beard.

PRF, platelet-rich fibrin, sits just above the buffy coat and also holds fibrin, a natural protein that forms a soft mesh. That mesh releases growth factors gradually, which is why we choose it for delicate areas like under the eyes.

The Beauty Booster

Beauty Booster by Clarion device

PRP for the skin can be done with microneedling or with the Beauty Booster by Clarion. We prefer the Beauty Booster: gentle suction lifts the skin while fine needles place tiny, even amounts of your PRP at a controlled depth.

Your PRP is injected all over the full face and neck, and the chest, hands or feet can be added in the same visit. Small marks and mild redness usually settle within a day or two. Prefer microneedling? We offer that too.

What to expect

Consultation

We assess your skin, concerns and health history, then choose PRP, PRF or Natural Gel Filler. Consent is reviewed before treatment, and all treatments are performed by licensed nurses under medical directive.

Blood Draw

A small sample is drawn, similar to a routine blood test, and processed in clinic while a topical numbing cream takes effect.

Treatment

PRF under the eyes is placed with a fine needle or cannula. For the face, neck and chest, the Beauty Booster places PRP evenly across the skin. Natural Gel Filler is placed only with a blunt cannula to restore soft volume.

Results

Gel filler volume is visible right away. PRP and PRF results build gradually as collagen forms, with full results about 3 to 6 months after your series. Individual results vary.

Is It Right for You?

Under-eye swelling can take up to a week to settle. Contact us right away if you have any concerns.

Before & after care

Before

  • Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of treatment
  • Eat a normal meal before you arrive
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 to 48 hours
  • If your doctor approves, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and vitamin E for 2 to 3 days
  • Arrive with clean skin, no makeup

After

  • Avoid touching or massaging the area for 24 hours
  • Avoid exercise, saunas and heat for 24 hours
  • Use a cool compress gently if needed
  • Wear SPF 30 or higher every day
  • Avoid facials and laser treatments for 2 weeks

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between PRP and PRF?
PRP is a light liquid, used with the Beauty Booster and for the scalp. PRF comes from the same tube as PRP, from a different layer after the centrifuge. It holds fibrin, which releases growth factors more slowly. It is often preferred for the under eyes. We choose with you at your consultation.
How is Natural Gel Filler different from regular filler?
Regular filler is a hyaluronic acid gel. Natural Gel Filler is made from your own plasma, so there are no synthetic ingredients. It gives softer volume and supports collagen, and usually lasts about 3 to 6 months. Individual results vary. See our Dermal Fillers page for hyaluronic acid options.
How many sessions will I need?
For skin and under the eyes, most clients do 2 to 3 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, then maintenance once or twice a year. Hair restoration usually takes 3 to 6 sessions; see our PRP Hair Restoration page. Natural Gel Filler often needs 1 to 2 sessions. Your plan is set at your consultation.
Does it hurt?
We apply a topical numbing cream before treatment. The blood draw feels like a routine lab test, and most clients describe the treatment as mild pressure.
Is there downtime?
Very little. Mild redness, swelling or bruising usually settles within a few days, and most clients return to normal activities the same day. Book at least 2 weeks before a major event.
