Care
The Signature Facial is one of the lowest-maintenance treatments we offer — but a few simple guidelines help maximize your results.
- Arrive with clean skin (or come straight from work — we'll cleanse)
- Avoid retinol and exfoliants for 2 to 3 days prior
- Avoid waxing or laser hair removal on the face for 1 week
- Stay well hydrated
- Share any skin concerns or sensitivities during your assessment
- No downtime — resume normal activities immediately
- Mild redness or warmth may appear briefly
- Avoid makeup for the first few hours if possible
- Continue your at-home ZO® regimen
- Apply SPF 30+ daily — it's the protect step of ZO®
