The Signature Facial is a nurse led, medical grade treatment built around ZO Skin Health, the skincare line developed by dermatologist Dr. Zein Obagi. Every product used on your skin is professional strength and available to take home.
Your skin is assessed first, then the protocol is adjusted to what it needs that day: congestion and breakouts, dullness, dryness, early fine lines or sensitivity. Deep cleansing, extractions and microdermabrasion clear and refine the surface, and a layered finish of serums, actives, hydration and SPF leaves the skin calm, bright and protected.
All treatments are performed by licensed nurses under medical directive.

Each step builds on the last. The order matters: the skin is cleared and refined first, then treated, then sealed and protected.
- Double cleanseA first cleanse lifts makeup, SPF and oil. A second cleanse with a ZO cleanser chosen for your skin type leaves the skin truly clean.
- ExfoliationZO Exfoliating Polish buffs away dead surface cells so the skin is smoother and ready to absorb what follows.
- Hot towelWarm towels soften the skin and relax the face before the deeper work begins.
- SteamGentle steam softens congestion and prepares the pores for extraction.
- ExtractionsBlackheads and congestion are cleared carefully by hand, only where the skin needs it.
- MicrodermabrasionA gentle mechanical resurfacing that lifts dull surface cells, refines texture and evens the skin.

When it may not be suitable
- Active eczema, dermatitis or a skin infection on the face
- An active cold sore
- Isotretinoin (Accutane) in the past 6 months
- A severe rosacea flare or very reactive skin
- A recent sunburn
- A known allergy to any ZO ingredient
Possible side effects
- Mild redness or warmth for a few hours
- Small spots of redness where extractions were done
- Slight flaking the next day if a stronger active was used

Before & after care
Before
- Stop retinol and exfoliating acids 2 to 3 days before
- No waxing or laser hair removal on the face for 1 week
- Come as you are, we cleanse the skin
- Tell us about any sensitivities or recent treatments
After
- No downtime, carry on with your day
- Skip makeup for a few hours if you can
- Wear SPF 30 or higher every day
- Restart retinol and acids after 48 hours
- Book your next facial in about 4 weeks
